With goat, beef or chicken it is GHS 98 at The Chop Bar in East Legon and Achimota Mall, and GHS 86 with tuna or salmon. Fufu and aponkye nkrakra is GHS 100 at Early Bird Eatery in Tema. Fufu on its own, before soup and meat, is GHS 30 at Ayiwa in Achimota. We do not publish a lower figure for a full bowl because we have not verified one.
